MRS-1000
We are pleased to announce the launch of the MRS-1000 Modular Rework
System. A convection rework system for the removal and placement of
BGA/CSP and SMT components. The MRS provides rework solutions to
customers who do not require the sophistication of the APR series yet
have a need to repair PCB’s in a simple and professional manner.
The
MRS-1000 is comprised of 4 main elements each available individually or
as part of a system:-
HCT-1000 Programmable Hand Held
Convection Tool.
PCT-1000 Programmable Pre-heater.
ATH-1000A
or ATH-1000B Adjustable Tool Holder. ( The “A” version Advanced Head
Assembly also has ½” fine adjustment of the X & Y axis as well as
30° Θ adjustment.)
LM-1000 Light Magnifier. (+)
